People Search Classmates

Usually we get out of school and there are a few folks we keep in touch with over the years.  It may be that we were a small, tight group during school years and we have tried to stay that way, or it may just be that someone crosses your mind every once in a while and you want to touch base with them.

Of course, the easiest way to try to find them is to check with the people you have stayed in touch with and see if they have any information.  If they don’t have the information you need, there are still a lot of People Search websites to try to help you find long lost classmates or find out about n upcoming reunion, which might accomplish the same thing.

It seems that any time I go into my email, go onto my home page or almost anyplace else on the net, there is an ad for finding old classmates.  All you need to do is point and click.  The sites will ask you anything and everything they can to help locate your former classmates.  If you know a maiden name (for a female), school, city and possible former address, you have plenty of information to get started.  Add to that a birth date, graduating year and maybe another item or two, you should be able to easily find the person you are looking for.

To test this, my son went onto one of the classmates sites trying to find one of his best friends from high school.  He had moved from one state to another and back again and he had changed cities several times, as well.  Even with all that, the friend was found – and after 18 years they were able to hang out again.

There are tons of sites that you can Google regarding people searches.  Make sure that you check for any up front charges so you can decide whether or not to pay them or whether to check for less expensive or free sites.  Also check for any hidden charges because many sites have them.

Looking for a classmate through a People Search site is not too hard and doesn’t always take a lot of information.  Try it and see if you can find someone you’ve been thinking about or looking for.
