These days MySpace and a couple of other sites that ar similar seem to be the best thing since apple pie to Americans and people aroung the world. MySpace has become the biggest place to put yourself out there along with goods and services, create huge circles of friends, chatters and people of interest.

Most people who put their information on MySpace actually want to be found, so the task of finding someone is easier on MySpace rather than some other sites that can be more cryptic. With MySpace, if you are looking for someone you have a few advantages. For one thing, there is usually a picture or picutres that come along with the information they are posting. In addition, since the person doing the posting is actually trying to get people to connect with them - whether old friends or new friends - there are ways to contact the person. So if you are looking for Susie Smith you can research for her and if she happens to have a picture up, you have an extra way of determining whether or not this is the same Susie Smith you are looking for.

Another way to find people on MySpace would be to look for people that you know in common. If you can’t find Susie Smith, but you find her old boyfriend, best friend or cousin, contacting them would possibly get you connected to Susie by one of those contacts, not to mention, connect you to a couple of new friends through Susie’s contacts. You could also set up a page for yourself and try to find her or others by her coming accross your profile and she might contact you.

As you get further into MySpace, there are more and more creative things to do to try to find people and more ways to attract attention to yourself so that people might find you.

MySpace is a great site. No matter what you are trying to do with conections to old people, new people, business people and more, it can be a great and effective tool. Go on to MySpace today and start your journey. It won’t be boring, and it will very well find you at least some of the people you are looking for.

Type in three little words - Reverse People Search - into any search engine and you will find pages and pages of headings listed. Reverse Lookup by phone or address has become a very popular and easy way to try and find someone. You can search with a small amount of information, however, the more information you have about the person you are looking for, the easier it will be to find them.

When you are doing a reverse lookup, it could be for anything from an unlisted phone number to an address or an email address. Many of the search services are free. The only issue is that they will often narrow the information down to a few people with the same or similar names. If you want to go further to find your exact person you are looking for, that’s when it starts costing money.

If you have a Cindy Harris in Los Angeles, your list might contain two or three of them. Uness you can narrow it down yourself by street or phone or zip code, it could start costing you to keep providing information to find the Cindy Harris you are actually looking for.

With the internet having so many sites and connections,it is much more possible to find people than it was just a decade ago. The most important thing is for you to have as much information as possible about the person you are trying to find. The more information you have, the better chance you have to find the person with the least out of pocket expense.

Just as any other web page, the sponsored listings are at the top and to the right in the browser window.

MSN has made the people search process easy by having you basically fill in the blanks to attempt to find the person you are looking for. Just to make sure that this actually works, I did a reverse search on a friend’s phone number which is supposed to be unlisted. Not only did her name come up, but also address, city, state and zip code. In addition there are MSN Groups that can help you find people.

The easiest way to find their main site is to go to MSN People Search on any major search engine and you will be taken to the MSN site and a number of others that offer similar results.

Another issue with some of the people search sites is that whether they are free or not, they often give you wrong information and charge you hidden fees that suddenly and unexpectedly simply show up on your credit card out of the blue, taking a lot of time and energy to try and get a refund or a credit.

To find a person - whether internationally or in the states - the more information you have about them, the easier it usually is to locate them. Their full name, the city they last lived in, and old phone number and/or their birh date can help the research along. Plus, if you have those things or even just one or two of them, you can also try to look them up on your own. Either way, the more information you have, the more information you can get.

If you are looking for a person try all names the person went by and all the other information you have. It’s like putting together a puzzle: if you have patience and you stick to the task, the greater chance you have to locate the person you are looking forl

It is essential to do all you can to determine which sites are legitimate, provide accurate information, are really free (if they advertise they are) and they do not have hidden charges, nor do they give your personal information out.

Research shows that well over 50% of all people search sites are not even close to being legitimate. They will lure you in by offering you a small piece of information to make you think they can get the actual information you want. In reality, they might identify a little bit of information for you, then get you to pay to go further. Once that payment takes place the legitimate sites will actually come up with the information. The non-legitimate sites will produce bogus information, innacurate information, outdated information, no information or all of the above.

When trying to find someone by their Email address there are some things you can do yourself in advance of going to a people search site. Most Email providers such as Yahoo, MSN, Hotmail and others have directories to look up the person or company that is connected to a particular Email address.
Other things that you can do is to use a reverse directory or look online at some of the free sites. In addition, class reunion sites are good places to look, If you are unsuccessful dealing with those methods, then it is the time to look for the sites that specialize in finding people by Email - hopefully for free. Whatever you decide to do, be sure to do your research first.

Regardless of how you choose to try and find someone it will take a little work and some digging, but if you don’t give up you should be able to find the person you are looking for.

If you go onto any search engine you can find pages of people search sites that offer to find anyone through everything from their social security number to their address to their cell phone. There is some very important information to consider when looking for someone.

First of all, if you know the last address, the town they live in, their name and/or birthdate, you have a good start. Some of these things can be verified both online or through the public records office of the city you think they live in. Tax records on the home and other information is helpful as well.

Trying to find someone from their phone nubr - especially a cell hone - may be a bit more involved. There are ways through the search engines available to get information, however, we cannot stress how important it is to find a legitimate site. It is reported that over 80% of the “free search sites” not only give tidbits of information - some of it simply made up - but they end up charging you once they lure you past just a name or a few names. That’s when you have to pay to look at their “file” for a fee.

There are a few sites that even detectives use. They cost a little money - $29 per year, but you cn use them for 90 days and if you have no positive results, you will get a refund. The sites are listed under www.consumersguides.net and their individual names are Net Detective, Reverse Records and Locate People.org. If you have to end up paying for a people search by cell phone or other information, check the consumer guides website to find the information you need.

Other information that people are looking for is information to reach the family of the deceased for any number of reasons. Sometimes an attorney or insurance agent is trying to find the person or the family of the deceased in order to provide a settlement or other assets. On the other hand, perhap the IRS is looking for the person for other reasons that are less pleasant.

Another way to find information about someone who is deceased is to check the public records. If you know the town or area that the person lived in and their first and last name, you may be able to get information on the death certificate - or a copy of a death certificate - which should give you al the information you need.

As a last resort, if all of the above does not work, you can go onto various geneology sites or people search sites and look up death, cemetery or obituary records. The fees are different from one site to another, so it is a good idea to check several sites and check fees, make sure there are no hidden or re-occurring fees and the site is legitimate.

No matter which way you use to look for someone who has died, or whether you use a combination of methods you should be able to find the information you are looking for.
