AOL’s People Search has a lot to offer. Gone are the days when you could only look up a phone number or a town. Things are a lot more sophisticated and far-ranging because the internet has improved so much. It used to be difficult to locate people by cell phone or internet. Now they can track the tower, the address or phone number and the time of the message in the event that you happen to be a bad guy they are trying to catch.
There are now a number of ways to find people through AOL and other search services. There are the AOL White Pages, the AOL Reverse Lookup, Area and Zip Codes, as well as other search methods such as People Connection which hooks you up to chat with folks.
AOL has made the search process easy by having you basically fill in the blanks to attempt to find the person you are looking for. Just to make sure that this actually works, I did a reverse search on a friend’s phone number which is supposed to be unlisted. Not only did her name come up, but also address, city, state and zip code. In addition, I was offered to do a background check on this person by simply clicking on the tab and paying $24.95 online with my MasterCard or Visa. I opted not to do the background check, but I can definitely say that AOL absolutely makes it as easy as possible to find someone.
The easiest way to find their main site is to go to AOL People Search on any major search engine and you will be taken to the AOL site and a number of others that offer similar results.
